At your initial consultation, Dr. Acebo will dedicate a minimum of one hour to collect a detailed history and physical, as well as information on how your lifestyle habits, diet and stress affect your current state of health. Then, he will order the necessary laboratory testing to detect hormone imbalances and nutritional deficiencies. Hormone levels are assessed with saliva testing, although blood testing may also be useful in some instances.
