PMS
Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) refers to a wide range of physical and emotional symptoms happening seven to ten days before menstruation.
They usually disappear as soon as menstruation takes place. Some women may experience these symptoms at an early age, but they usually peak, and are their worse, after the late 30s or early 40s. |

Although the cause of PMS has not been fully determined, a hormonal imbalance at the end of the menstrual cycle seems to cause the biochemical derangements that originate the distinctive symptoms. These include: irritability, mood changes, anxiety, carbohydrates cravings, fluid retention, abdominal bloating and headaches. A well design restorative program will be offered to you in order to restore hormonal, nutritional and biochemical balance. |
